Wisdome Cottage Countrystay accommodation

Wisdome Cottage guests are accommodated in two queen sized guest rooms. One has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony. Guest bedroom
The second bedroom, which is ideal for families, has a queen sized bed and additional double sofa bed. There's a private bathroom down the hall. We also have a porta-cot and welcome families. Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, electric blankets, heater, and feature stunning rural views.

We can cater for up to four guests, but only take one party at a time. Family bedroom

There’s a comfortable lounge for guests’ use with TV/DVD, stereo, board games and books.

We have complimentary bicycles and kayaks for our guests.

Guest lounge

While our character home looks several centuries old, it was in fact only built ten years ago, by a local builder using a combination of locally-grown native timber and recycled materials. It was architecturally designed to complement the gently sloping site, which is bordered by the Waiteitei stream. Set amidst mature cottage gardens, Wisdome Cottage combines rustic, romantic appeal with modern facilities, making it ideal for a relaxing stay.
